MUKILTEO WATER AND WASTEWATER DISTRICT NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Lift Station No. 5 Upgrade proposed by Jim Voetberg on behalf of Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
