City of Edmonds, Concessions in Parks Food, Beverage and/or Recreational User Services PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Edmonds Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department (EPRCS) is seeking seasonal concession contractors to provide food, beverage and/or recreational user services at seven (7) Edmonds Park sites that are available to the public. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The City of Edmonds will receive proposals throughout the year at the City of Edmonds Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department, 700 Main Street, Edmonds WA 98020.
