CITY OF LYNNWOOD DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) FOR NON-PROJECT ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lynnwood SEPA Responsible Official has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) for the following proposal: City of Lynnwood Housing Action Plan (ERC-009730-2021) Project Description: The Lynnwood Housing Action Plan will guide the city’s efforts over the next five years to encourage housing options that are safe and affordable for the community. This is a non-project action. Location: Citywide Comments and Appeals: The DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340 (2)(c); the lead agency will not act on the proposals for 14 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted by March 8, 2021. This DNS will become final on March 8, 2021, unless the determination is withdrawn or amended by the City’s SEPA Responsible Official. You may appeal the determination by submitting an appeal to the Development and Business Services Department at 20816 44th Ave W, Suite 230, Lynnwood, WA 98036. An appeal may be submitted only after the close of the comment period but no later than March 22, 2021, which is 14 days from the end of the comment period. Be prepared to make specific factual objections. The fee for an appeal is as set forth in LMC 3.104. Appeals must be made in writing and mailed to 20816 44th Ave W, Suite 230, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Only persons who submit written comments to the Director or request a copy of the original decision may appeal the Director’s decision when it is issued.
