CITY OF LYNNWOOD Notice of Environmental Decision: novo on 52nd (ERC-009784-2021) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lynnwood SEPA Responsible Official has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) for the following proposal. Project Description: Demolition of existing structures and construction of 16 multi-family apartment buildings with a total of 242 residential units, 399 parking spaces, and over 26,000 square feet of amenities. The property is zoned Multiple Family Residential Medium (RMM) and is approximately 12.11 acres. Location: 18225 52nd Ave W (Parcel Number 27041600102800) Comments and Appeals: This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340 (2)(c); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted by June 25, 2021. This DNS becomes final unless the determination is withdrawn or amended by the City’s SEPA Responsible Official. You may appeal this determination by submitting an appeal to the Development and Business Services Department at 20816 44th Ave W, Suite 230, Lynnwood, WA, 98036. An appeal may be submitted only after the close of the comment period but no later than July 9, 2021, which is 14 days from the end of the comment period. Be prepared to make specific factual objections. The fee for an appeal is as set forth in LMC 3.104.
