CITY OF MARYSVILLE NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADDENDUM TO SEPA MDNS Community Development Department 80 Columbia Avenue l Marysville, WA 98270 (360) 363-8100 l (360) 651-5099 FAX Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the City of Marysville, being the lead agency for the following project, expects to issue an Addendum (using the Addendum process outlined in WAC 197-11-600(4)(c) and 197-11-625 to the original State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) issued on January 20, 2009 that allows for the construction of one (1) single family residence on Lot 1 of Short Plat No. SP88-016. The original SEPA determination was issued pursuant to the reasonable use provisions of the City’s Critical Areas Ordinance. The Addendum is requested in order to amend Mitigation Measure 1 of the SEPA determination to not require frontage improvements along Tract X of SP88-016 due to critical areas constraints, the potential need for a culvert at the south end of the property under 71st Avenue NE, and potential impacts to the adjacent property to the south in order to construct the culvert. Frontage improvements would still be required along the frontage for Lot 1.
