FULL-TIME TANF CASEWORKER TAHOLAH SITE Under the general supervision of the Lead Caseworker, the caseworker will act as an advocate, case manager, and coordinator of services for TANF participants who need assistance in reducing barriers of becoming successfully employed. As an advocate, the caseworker will assist participants in setting goals, developing a Family Service Plan (FSP), and working with clients to fulfill the goals and objectives outlined in their FSP. Minimum Qualifications: Intern I: HS/GED and 1 year of experience and enrolled in college in related field. Intern II: HS/GED and 5 years of experience and enrolled in college in related field. Caseworker I: 2 year degree/spec certification and 2 years of experience. Caseworker II: 4 year degree with 1 year of direct experience or special certification and 5 years of direct experience Caseworker III: 4 year degree with 3 years of direct experience or special certification and 10 years of direct experience. Caseworker IV: 4 year degree with 5 years of direct experience or 2 year degree and 7 years of direct experience. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
