CITY OF MARYSVILLE CALL FOR BIDS Sunnyside Blvd & 52nd St NE Signalization Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Marysville City Hall, 1049 State Avenue, Marysville, WA 98270 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, July 8, 2022 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City will not consider proposals received after this time. Bidders shall submit an original bid in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name and project title. This project involves intersection improvements at 52nd Street NE & Sunnyside Boulevard. Improvements include a new traffic signal system, channelization improvements to provide new turn lanes and bike lanes, and ADA improvements, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. This project will receive Federal grant funding and the Contracting Agency has established a DBE goal in the amount of: 13% All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty-five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
