PUBLIC NOTICE Pacific Ridge - DRH LLC, Tom Allen, 17921 Bothell Everett Hwy Ste 100 Bothell, WA 98012-6393, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.
