CITY OF MILL CREEK NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the City of Mill Creek has received the following development application: Applicant: Matt Pereira 7 192nd St. SW Bothell, WA 98012 Project Description: Renovating space for a brewery and taproom. Included in the buildout will be a second bathroom, janitor's closet, walk-in cooler, and the electrical and plumbing associated with the work Application Date: August 30, 2022 Location: 16709 9th Ave SE Mill Creek, WA 98012 Pending Land Use Development Application: Conditional Use Permit - File PL2022-0014 Existing Environmental and Project Documents: A copy of the project narrative, legal description, vicinity map, title report, and site plan are available for review at Mill Creek City Hall North, 15720 Main Street, Mill Creek, Washington, and on the City's web page under current projects www.cityofmillcreek.com. A letter of completeness was issued for the application on September 13, 2022. A decision on the application will be made within 120 days of the date the letter of completeness was issued except as provided for by the City code. Comments on the development application may be submitted by September 30, 2022. This comment period is not a substitute for any additional comment periods that may be required by City code or state law, such as SEPA or notice of public hearings.
