JOB VACANCY LEAD CASEWORKER - TANF The Lead Caseworker will provide staff and office oversight to ensure program coverage and the delivery of quality services. Will provide supervision, leadership and guidance to staff, to include staffing decisions, retention of personnel, performance appraisals and development of performance goals and objectives. Will ensure staff are providing active and above active case management. Will ensure accurate reporting and recording of data and oversee the audit process to ensure that the program is meeting the reporting requirements of the funding sources. Will work with other Lead staff to ensure the delivery of services are the same at all three office locations. Will represent the Quinault Tribe and the TANF Program at national, state and local meetings as needed. Will train staff as needed. Will be assigned projects and must have the ability to complete projects. The lead must ensure all reporting deadlines are met for self and staff. Must be able to read, interpret and adhere to program policies and when needed provide input to update policies and procedures. Will assist the Manager with budgetary issues, program redesign, reporting and other administrative duties as assigned. Entry Level: P5 G11 Cap: P5 G12 P5 G11 4 year degree with 5 years of direct experience. P5 G12 4 year degree with 7 years of direct experience.
