CITY OF BRIER NOTICE OF APPLICATION Telesca Reasonable Use Exception (File No. CAR22-01) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brier has received an application for a Reasonable Use Exception to allow for the construction of a single family residence and accessory buildings within critical area buffers. The project is located at 21227 Poplar Way. Written comments on the proposal must be submitted by 5:00 PM on October 5, 2022 to Brier City Hall, 2901 228th Street SW, Brier, WA 98036 or by email to the address listed below. The City expects to issue a SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) on this project. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. The proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an environmental impact statement is prepared. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination for the specific proposal may be obtained upon request. The City will make a determination to grant or deny the application at a later date.
