NOTICE OF APPLICATION The Town of Friday Harbor has received an application for the following project. The public has a right to review the contents of the official file, provide written comments, participate in any public meetings or hearings, and request a copy of the decision. This notice is posted at the project site, in Town Hall kiosks, and on the Town’s website. Project Description: Subdivide subject property into two (2) lots Project Name: Lot 8, Friday Harbor Playgrounds Project Number: SPL117 Tax Parcel Number(s): 351155008000 Location/Subject Property: 555 McDonald Street, Friday Harbor, Washington, San Juan County Applicant(s): Charla Shahn McGuire and Daniel Ray O’Bryant Date of Application: September 7, 2022 Date of Completeness: November 10, 2022. Date of Published Notice: November 23, 2022 Public Comment Period: November 23 – December 7, 2022 Comments and other written requests must be submitted no later no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 7, 2022 Written public comments may be mailed, emailed, or personally delivered to the Town using the staff name and contact information provided on this notice. The public comment period for the application is 14 days and the Town will not act upon this application until the comment period has ended. Any person has the right to comment on the proposed application, request to receive notice of and participate in any public hearings (if a hearing is required) and request a copy of the decision once made. A decision on the proposal will be made by the Planning & Community Development Director following the comment period and a notice of the decision will be sent to those parties who comment on this notice.
