NORTHSHORE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 417 Construction Services Submittal Date: February 21, 2023: 2:00PM Pacific Time REQUEST FOR BID Northshore SD Warehouse Improvements Phase 2 The Northshore School District will be accepting bids from capable Contractor firms for the construction of the Northshore School District's Warehouse Improvements Phase 2 project at the District warehouse building located in Bothell, Washington. The Warehouse Improvements Phase 2 project is an interior tenant improvement which includes the addition of approximately 3,000 sf of steel structure mezzanine, addition of 2 restrooms, addition and reconfiguration of storage racks, modification of the IT work area, other miscellaneous improvements, and associated electrical, low-voltage, and other MEP work. The estimated construction cost is approximately $1.5 million. Bid documents, associated addenda and Bidders List are available at no charge at Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc.
