M. Sects. 10, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 Twp. 28N Rge. 5E W. M. Sects. 30 and 31 If approved, proposed Ordinance No. 23-043 would grant said franchise to Mukilteo School District No. 6, subject to all of the terms and conditions contained in the ordinance. If approved, the franchise would go into effect following enactment of the ordinance, acceptance by Mukilteo School District No. 6, provision of evidence of insurance, and payment of all applicable fees. The maximum term of the franchise would be twenty (20) years from the effective date. At the Public Hearing, the Council may consider amendments to the proposed ordinance.
