PUBLIC NOTICE Snohomish Business Park, LLC, Gordon Cole, PO Box 2280 Snohomish, WA 98291-2280, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Snohomish Business Park Mixed Use, is located at 1900 Bickford Ave in Snohomish in Snohomish county. This project involves 2.44 acres of soil disturbance for Other (Mixed Use) construction activities. The receiving waterbodies are Unnamed wetland, Cemetary Creek.
