PUBLIC NOTICE Alaska Airlines, Graham Gadzia, PO Box 68900 Seattle, WA 98168-0900, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities. The industrial site, known as Horizon Air Industries Paine Field Hanger C-1, is located at 3220 100th St SW in Everett. Operations are due to start up on/started on 4/1/2023. Industrial activities include Scheduled Passenger Air Transportation. Stormwater from the site discharges to Bev-Ed Pond.
