CITY OF LAKE STEVENS REQUEST FOR BIDS Sunset Beach Park Improvements Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk at Lake Stevens City Hall, 1812 Main Street, P.O. Box 257, Lake Stevens, WA 98258 until 10:00 A.M., local time, on June 15, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders shall submit an Original bid proposal in a sealed envelope labeled with the bidder’s name, address, and project title. The project consists of constructing improvements to Sunset Beach Park, including cement concrete pathways, foundations for shade structures, site furnishings, picnicking/seating pad, portable restroom enclosure, landscaping, bioretention planter, and asphalt parking area. The project will take place at 410 East Lake Stevens Road within the City of Lake Stevens. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $450,000.
