CASE MANAGER for Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A). 2 positions available based in Aberdeen. 40 hrs./wk. Non-Exempt. $28.96 starting wage if hired at Step 1. Maximum pay at end of range Step 12 is $37.99/hr. Benefits include: 12 paid holidays per year, paid annual and sick leave accrual, WA PERS pension plan, medical plan including vision, dental plan, EAP counseling, life and AD&D insurance. Provides case management for in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities including assessment of care needs, creating service plans, coordinating care providers, and focusing on client independence. Master’s Degree in behavioral or health sciences & 1 yr. paid social service experience or BA in similar fields and 2 yrs. paid social service experience; or BA and 4 yrs. paid social service experience.
