Carpenter Needed 

Scope of work includes:

· Bathrooms

· Kitchens

· Renovations

· Additions, Basements

· Window & Door installations

· Custom tile-work

· New Construction

You must have the following qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the residential construction industry

· Good aptitude for practical work and for following plans

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with your fellow team members, suppliers, trade partners and clients

· Meticulous attention to detail with ability to focus on work and be very precise

· Self-motivated

· Driver’s license & personal mode of transportation

· Set of hand tools

Responsibilities include:

· The ability to positively manage clients’ expectations.

· Interpret and understand construction drawings/scope of work instructions and follow carefully to ensure successful completion of project, report any conflict between plans and site conditions to the team in a timely manner.

· Meet schedules and deadlines.

· Ensure that job sites are hazard free and clean at all times. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour DOQ
