NOTICE OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 3rd DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2020
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION WILL BE HELD BY MAIL-IN BALLOT ON TUESDAY, THE 3RD DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2020, IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO. THE ELECTION WILL BE HELD AND CONDUCTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
Ballot packages will be mailed no later than October 16, 2020 and must be returned to the Mesa County Clerk via mail or at a location listed below no later than 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2020. The voting services and polling center locations will provide voting devices and will be open for issue of ballots to "inactive voters", or the reissue of ballots to those who have spoiled, lost, moved, or for some reason did not receive a ballot.

Persons desiring to vote in said Election must meet the following qualifications: be at least eighteen (18) years of age, a citizen of the United States, a resident of the State of Colorado for at least twenty-two (22) days before the Election, and duly registered to vote within the Grand Junction city limits.
At such Election, one (1) ballot question will be submitted to the voters as follows:
