Nambé Pueblo Development Corporation (NPDC) is looking for a dynamic CEO to lead their team. NPDC serves as the economic development corporation for the Pueblo of Nambe. NPDC is wholly owned by the Tribe and is a federally chartered corporation governed by NPDC’s Board of Directors The CEO is responsible for leading NPDC’s business development efforts to include strategic and business planning development and execution, human resource development and financial and operations management and reporting. The CEO has full responsibility and is the primary point-of-contact for the essential functions and daily operations of NPDC’s corporate office and enterprises in accordance with NPDC’s vision, strategic plan, operating/business plans and annual budget as approved by the NPDC’s Board of Directors and Nambé Pueblo Tribal Council. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship or related field; 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrable success including at least 3 years senior leadership experience as a CEO or equivalent position required.
