It's complete with a walk-in pantry, a pot filler above the stove, sharp knives, Jenn-Air appliances, microwave, conveniently installed oven in a wall (so no bending). The sink has a lovely view, especially at sunset. Some of the Best tile work to be seen in both this kitchen and the master spa-like bath.

The guest wing offers two bedrooms with walk-in closets, a Jack & Jill bathroom. Each room has a sink with granite counters, storage, mirrors, and lighting. The room facing the inner courtyard with a water feature does not have a bed but is set up as a office/studio. It has a private Portola and a separate entrance via French doors. It also has a bar with a bar sink and an under-counter fridge. and hallway entrance to main quarters.  

The adjoining bedroom has fab views of sunsets, its own sink/counter, walk-in closet, and access to the main wing of the house. In this bedroom there are two XL long twin beds with pillowtop mattresses - VERY comfortable.

There is a whole house water filtration as well as a non-salt water conditioner. No need to buy drinking or cooking water.  

The planned landscaping design is irrigated and offers something blooming from April - Sept.  The East garden and the North garden also feature landscaped lighting. The stucco walls and coyote fencing offers privacy as well as a clothesline for the sublime experience of sundried linens.

My home shows a long time collection of unique art, some from renowned local artists, some from ancient tribal collections, 3 antique Tibetan door panels, and a bit of my own photography collection when living in the jungles of SE Asia. I like to think that guests will enjoy the rare uniqueness of this eclectic collection as much as I do.

There is a two-car garage, not included in the sq. ft., with one bay reserved for summer guest/s.

Minimal rental is 1 mo ($7000) and maximum of 6 months. May 3 - Dec. 1.  If renting for 5 - 6 Months call for pricing.

This is a no-smoking house and any breach of this house rule forfeits the security deposit.  

The rent includes wifi and all utilities.
