CUSTOMER SERVICE PRO
Smile – that’s the best skill of a Customer Service pro. Your clients will see it on your face and hear it in your voice when you’re helping them.
We’re looking for that Customer Service pro to talk to our customers if they want a subscription or we missed their delivery or they’re going on vacation. It’s what we do in our Circulation department; we “circulate” the news! And you can help!
Right now we need someone part-time – weekend mornings – and possibly a weekday morning or two. We can be flexible for the right person.
You’ll need good phone skills (smile) and we’ll train on the systems we use, so you’ll feel comfortable quickly. Bi-lingual is a plus.
