REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR GEOTECHNICAL CONTRACTOR clifton water district rm 2019-01 Phase 2 emergency repair of the middle water storage tank Foundation stabilization project The Clifton Water District - Clifton, Colorado (District) is soliciting Geotechnical Contractor Qualifications for use in selecting contractors for the following project: Clifton Water District Middle Water Storage Tank Foundation Stabilization Project Project No. 2019-01.2 Interested Geotechnical Contractors shall submit Qualifications to the Clifton Water District, 510 34 Rd, Clifton, CO 81520 until the following date and time: AUGUST 27th, 2020 at 2:00 pm PURPOSE AND SUBMITTAL INFORMATION In preparing the requested Geotechnical Contractor Qualification Statements, interested Contractors are required to, among other items, provide information; complete, sign and attest a questionnaire; and demonstrate they are qualified to successfully complete installing micropiles and subsoil grouting to lift and stabilize the existing tank foundation and the tank floor. They should also demonstrate past experience with potable water systems. The qualification process also requires that each Contractor to provide a Budget Estimate cost (-10% to 25%) for the proposed improvements indicated in the qualification package based on pre-final construction documents (75% complete drawings and specifications). Preference will be given to Contractors with construction staff and equipment located within a 300 mile radius of the project site. Contractor shall submit experience and company profiles as required by the forms and conditions contained within the Contractor Qualification Package.
