Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-25-20, which suspends portions of the Brown Act, the public hearing will be conducted virtually by webinar/teleconference only. In compliance with California Water Code (§§ 10610-10657 and § 10608) the UWMP and WSCP are required to contain detailed evaluations of the water supplies necessary to reliably meet demands over at least a 20-year period in both normal and dry years.
