NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM AUTHORIZING THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF AND CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS ROADS IN THE VILLAGE

Notice is hereby given that at its July 25, 2022 meeting the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Williamsville adopted a bond resolution that authorizes the reconstruction of and construction of improvements to various roads in the Village including, but not limited to, the reconstruction of various roads and crosswalks, construction of curbs and ADA accessible ramps, installation of underdrains and catch basins and storm sewer improvements, as well as other improvements as more fully identified in (or contemplated by) a report prepared in connection with such project, including all preliminary work and necessary equipment, materials and site work and any preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and in connection with the financing thereof (collectively, the "Project"). The estimated maximum cost of the Project is

$1,350,000. Such resolution authorizes the issuance and sale of a serial bond or bonds and a bond anticipation note or notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of such serial bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,350,000 such amount to be offset by any federal, state, county and/or local funds received. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to New York law.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF BOND RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM AUTHORIZING THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF AND CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS ROADS IN THE VILLAGE

Notice is hereby given that at its July 25, 2022 meeting the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Williamsville adopted a bond resolution that authorizes the reconstruction of and construction of improvements to various roads in the Village including, but not limited to, the reconstruction of various roads and crosswalks, construction of curbs and ADA accessible ramps, installation of underdrains and catch basins and storm sewer improvements, as well as other improvements as more fully identified in (or contemplated by) a report prepared in connection with such project, including all preliminary work and necessary equipment, materials and site work and any preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto and in connection with the financing thereof (collectively, the "Project"). The estimated maximum cost of the Project is

$1,350,000. Such resolution authorizes the issuance and sale of a serial bond or bonds and a bond anticipation note or notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of such serial bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,350,000 such amount to be offset by any federal, state, county and/or local funds received. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to New York law.
