INVITATION FOR BIDS

The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 170lu (Section 3). NOTICE is hereby given that the Supervisors of Franklin Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania, at a special meeting held on November 15, 2017, prepared a proposed budget of annual estimates of revenues and expenditures of the township for the year beginning January 1, 2018. Said proposed budget is now available for public inspection weekdays at the Municipal Building located at 568 Rolling Meadows Road, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania and will be adopted on December 21, 2017 at 1:00pm.
