Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 14, 2023 I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Erie County Clerk's Office, Closing Room, 1st Floor, 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York on April 13, 2023 at 11:00 A.M., premises known as 39 NORTH COVINGTON DRIVE, BUFFALO, NY 14220. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of West Seneca, County of Erie and State of New York, Section: 133.16, Block: 2, Lot: 34. Approximate amount of judgment is $77,957.06 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 813935/2020.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, the Mortgagee's attorney, or the Referee.
