NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the above referenced contract will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and Planning (ECDEP) on April 4, 2023 until 10:00 AM, local time, at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 1004.

The nature of the work generally includes expansion of fiber optic service and ethernet cable at the facility and installation of new infrastructure to support the facility's upcoming transition to a voice over IP (VOIP) phone system, installation or replacement of network cabinets, and replacement of outdated technology devices including speakers and network switches.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for March 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM, Big Sister Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility at 8443 Lake Shore Rd, Angola, NY 14006. A site tour will follow the pre-bid meeting.
