DURANGO SCHOOL DISTRICT 9R INVITATION TO BID
RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS:
Sealed Proposals on forms prepared by M, E, & E Engineering, will be received by Durango School District 9R, until 3:00 P.M. (local time) on June 6, 2019 for the completion of: ANIMAS VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BOILER REPLACEMENT 2019 In accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by M, E, & E Engineering.
PROPOSALS WILL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ at 3:00 P.M. (local time) on June 6, 2019 at the District Offices-Conference Room, 201 East 12th Street; Durango, CO. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents may be obtained from M, E, & E Engineering, 463 Turner Drive, Suite 104A, Durango, CO after 10:00 A.M. on May 15, 2019. Bidding Documents will be issued in electronic format only. Electronic copies are available at no charge by contacting Brigitte Holiday at email@example.com. PROPOSAL GUARANTY: Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal payable to Durango School District 9R as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) days after the Notice of Award. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: Durango School District 9R, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner. CRS 8-17-101 WAIVED: In accordance with District policy, District 9R hereby waives the requirement for compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes CRS 8-17-101. (Colorado labor employed on public works)PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held @ Animas Elementary School at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday May, 22, 2019.
