BEMIS; ALL OF THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NANCY WRIGHT ROBERSTON, ALSO KNOWN AS NANCY WRIGHT ROBERTSON TEETZEL; MARGRETTE D. BASS; JOHN S. BASS; SUE J. SINTON; NORMAN MINGO LEE; LOUISVILLE TRUST BANK, INC.; UNITED KENTUCKY BANK, INC. (FORMERLY LOUISVILLE TRUST BANK, INC.); AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT REAL PROPERTY.

You are hereby summoned and required to appear and defend against the claims of the Verified Complaint filed with the court in this action, by filing with the clerk of this court an answer or other response. You are required to file your answer or other response within thirty-five (35) days after the service of this summons upon you. Service of this summons shall be complete on the day of the last publication. A copy of the Verified Complaint may be obtained from the clerk of the court.

If you fail to file your answer or other response to the complaint in writing within the applicable time period, judgment by default may be entered against you by the court for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint, without any further notice to you.

This is an action to quiet the title of the Plaintiffs in and to the real property situated in La Plata County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:

The alley between Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20, and Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, in Block 7 of the Brookside Addition, City of Durango, as depicted on the Plat of the Brookside Addition to the City of Durango dated May 25, 1928, recorded June 8, 1928 at Reception No. 115894 in the real property records of the County of La Plata, State of Colorado, which alley the City of Durango vacated by Ordinance No. 720, recorded June 8, 1953, in Book 320 at Page 175, County of La Plata, State of Colorado.
