NOTICE OF CONTRACTORS (FINAL) SETTLEMENT
Grandview Pump Station Rebid Phase I & II
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., as amended, that by January 26, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. (Local Time), all claims for final settlement must be submitted to the City of Durango, for and on account of the contract of said:
JITA Contracting, Inc for the furnishing and installation of the Grandview Pump Station Rebid Phase I & II.
Any person, co-partnership, association or corporation who has an unpaid lien against said Jita Contracting, Inc. for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provision, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of final settlement, file a verified statement in the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the City of Durango, Finance Department, Attn: Cynthia Sneed, 949 E. 2nd Avenue, Durango CO 81301
Failure on the part of the claimant to file such a verified statement of claim with the Finance Department prior to final settlement of the Citys contract with JITA Contracting, Inc for the furnishing and installation of the Grandview Pump Station Rebid Phase I & II, shall relieve the City of Durango from any and all liability for such claims.
