NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Durango City Council will conduct a public hearing on
Tuesday June 15, 2021 during its City Council Virtual Meeting beginning 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 949 East Second Avenue. Said public hearing is regarding a request from Jack Sheehan, doing business as Tazajag LLC and owner of Crader Lot 5R for review of a Preliminary Development Plan. The request would create five lots with a framework for development, with plans for vehicular and pedestrian access, utilities, grading, and placemaking features such as unified signage and street furniture.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the public is invited to submit written testimony regarding
this proposal. Written comments from those who want their opinions considered in Councils deliberations must be received by noon on Monday, June 14, 2021 in the City Clerks office via email to PublicComment@durangogov.org. Each email should contain the corresponding agenda item in the subject line of the email. The senders full name and address should be included for the record. If comment by email is not possible, comments may also be placed in the drop box located in front of City Hall, 949 East 2nd Avenue, no later than noon on Monday, June 14, 2021. Virtual meeting details will be available in the agenda published on Thursday, June 10, 2021.
