Description of Work: The Owner is requesting proposals from Qualified Contractors to provide snow removal services within the boundaries of Purgatory Metropolitan District (generally surrounding Durango Mountain Resort). The District and its Contractors must provide snow removal on approximately 4 miles of public roadways, 40+ fire hydrants and other District facilities. To be considered for award, the Contractor shall demonstrate the ability to keep adequate equipment at designated locations within the District’s boundaries. Typical equipment needs include, but are not limited to plow trucks, front end loaders, sanders, blowers, dump trucks, etc.
