Notice is hereby given that La Plata County will formal bids for the Autopsy Room & Jail Loading Dock Concrete Ramps. Bid responses shall be submitted to the La Plata County Procurement Office, Contract Manager through E-mail to: Tracy.Roach@co.laplata.co.us by August 30, 2022. Bidders are invited to participate in the bid opening video conference, which will take place promptly at 10:00AM MST on August 30, 2022. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted on August 10, 2022 beginning at 1:30 PM MST. Contractors are to meet and sign in, at the parking lot directly in front of the Jail located at 742 Turner Drive, Durango, CO. We will then caravan to the Autopsy Facility located at 744 Turner Drive, Durango.

Bid specifications and/or supporting documents must be downloaded, at no charge from Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System https://www.rockymountainbidsystem.com/Member/default.asp. In order to receive bid specifications, firms must obtain the documents from the Rocky Mountain E-purchasing system.

The bids generally shall be awarded by the Board of County Commissioners, County Manager, or Contract Manager. It is the Bidders' responsibility to verify the exact date of the award.

The La Plata County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the Board, to be in the best interest of La Plata County.
