Please take notice (1) That a demand has been filed with the Florida Consolidated Ditch Company in accordance with C.R.S. 7-42-114 to 117, that Harry L. Fassett is the owner of Stock Certificate #3022 and Mary B. Fassett Mesa Partnership LLLP is the owner of Stock Certificate #1121 and #3049 of the Florida Consolidated Ditch Company, issued by the Ditch Company on 4/23/2014 to Harry L. Fassett and Mary B. Fassett Mesa Partnership, LLLP, that the stock certificates have not been transferred, sold, assigned or pledged, and that the stock certificate has been lost mislaid or destroyed, that the assessments for the stock certificate have been paid, and is demanding that the Ditch Company issue a duplicate stock certificates in the name of Harry L. Fassett and Mary B. Fassett Mesa Partnership, LLLP (2) That the Company will issue, on or after a date therein stated, following the last publication of the notice by at least thirty days, duplicate stock certificates, in the name of the registered owners unless a contrary claim is filed with the company prior to 05/15/23. Claims should be filed with the Florida Consolidated Ditch Company, 691 CR 233, Ste B1A, Durango CO 81301.
