Please take notice (1) That a demand has been fi led with the Townsite Ditch Company in accordance with C.R.S. 7-42-
114 to 117, that Cumulus Irrevocable Gift Trust is the owner of Stock Certificate No. 445 issued by the Ditch Company on July 10, 2018 that the stock certificate have not been transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged, and that the stock certificate have been lost, mislaid, or destroyed, that the assessments for the stock certificate have been paid, and demanding the Ditch Company issue a new/duplicate stock certificate. (2) That the Company will issue, on or after July 14, 2023 following the last publication of the notice by at least thirty days, unless contrary claim is fi led with the company prior to July 14, 2023. Claims should be filed with the Townsite Ditch Company, 246 CR 122, Hesperus, CO 81326.
