NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
EDGEMONT RANCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that on or after the 4th day of October, 2023, at Durango, Colorado, final settlement will be made by Edgemont Ranch Metropolitan District with Integrated Water Systems ("Contractor"). The work completed is for the ERMD New Sewage Treatment Plant Project. Any and all persons, corporations, partnerships, or others similarly situated who have any unpaid claim(s) against said project for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, or supplies used or consumed by Contractor or any of its subcontractors shall file a verified statement of the amount(s) due and unpaid on account of such claim(s). Any and all such claims shall be filed with Steve Martin, President, at Edgemont Ranch Metropolitan Durango, 5972 CR 234, Durango, CO 81301. Failure on the part of a creditor to file such statement prior to such final settlement will relieve Edgemont Ranch Metropolitan District from any and all liability for such claim.
