BEASON (IR)REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED APRIL 14, 2005, AMENDED AND RESTATED SEPTEMBER 25, 2017, AND AMENDED AND RESTATED DECEMBER 16, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, Pursuant to AS 13.36.368 and AS 13.16.450-13.16.525, that the trustor, Evelyn L. Beason, died February 6, 2023. Pamela L. Marquez is the successor trustee of the Evelyn L. Beason (Ir)revocable Trust, dated April 14, 2005, amended and restated September 25, 2017, and amended and restated December 16, 2021. All persons having claims against Evelyn L. Beason are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to Pamela L.
