APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER’S DEED
TAX SALE CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE NO. 2018-00136
To every person in actual possession or occupancy of the hereinafter described land, lot or premises, and to the person or business in whose name the same was taxed or assessed, and to all persons having an interest or title of record in or to the said premises, and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to SCOTT MCCULLOCH;
You and each of you are hereby notified that on November 08, 2018, the County Treasurer of the County of Montezuma, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax sale and issued a Certificate of Purchase therefor to MERLE HARRISON, the following Described real estate situate in the County of Montezuma, State of Colorado, to-wit:

That said tax sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year of 2017; and that
said real estate was taxed or assessed in the name of SCOTT MCCULLOCH;
That on June 1, 2022, Merle Harrison, the holder of said certificate, has made a request upon the Treasurer of Montezuma County for a deed to the aforementioned real estate;
That a Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said real estate to Merle Harrison at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on the 13th day of February, 2023, unless the same has been redeemed. The property may be redeemed from sale at any time prior to the actual execution of a Treasurer’s Deed.
