Defendants: JAMES WESLEY WOODY and ROSE L. WOODY and all unknown persons who claim any interest by or through said Defendants or who may claim any interest in the subject matter of this action.

You are hereby summoned and required to appear and defend against the claims of the Complaint filed with the Court in this action, by filing with the Clerk of this Court an answer or other response. You are required to file your answer or other response within thirty (30) days after the service of this summons upon you. Service of this summons shall be complete on the day of the last publication. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Court.

If you fail to file your answer or other response to the Complaint in writing within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication, judgment by default may be entered against you by the Court for the relief demanded m the Complaint without further notice.

This is an action to quiet title to the following described real property:

A tract of land in the SWI/4 Section 7, Township 35 North, Range 16 West, N.M.P.M., Montezuma County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Section 7, from which point the Southwest
comer of said Section 7 Bears N89deg.5000W a distance of 1089.50 feet;
Thence, N08deg.2339E a distance of 65.45 feet;
Thence, N30deg.2554E a distance of 210.50 feet;
Thence, along the arc of a curve to the left, having a length of 36.48 feet, a radius of 51.58 feet, and the long chord of which bears Nl0deg.1010E a distance of 35.73 feet to an overhead power line;
Thence, N16deg.2715E a distance of 142.72 along said power line to a point 1 foot northeasterly of a power pole;
Thence, N68deg.3l38W a distance of 215.85 feet;
Thence, S00deg.5009E a distance of 497.26 feet along the west line of TRACT I described
in Book 623 at Page 198 records of Montezuma County, Colorado;
Thence, S89deg.5000E a distance of 30.71 feet along the south line of said Section 7 to the point of beginning, and containing 1.32 acres more or less.

TOGETHER WITH an access and utility easement being 30 feet wide, located in the SWI/4 Section 7, Township 35 North, Range 16 West, N.M.P.M., Montezuma County, Colorado being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Section 7, from which point the Southwest
corner of said Section 7 Bears N89deg.5000W a distance of 1089.50 feet;
Thence, S89deg.5000E a distance of 30.31 feet along the south line of said Section 7;
Thence, N08deg.2339E a distance of 55.27 feet;
Thence, N30deg.2554E a distance of 204.65 feet;
Thence, along the arc of a curve to the left, having a length of 99.00 feet, a radius of 81.58 feet, and the Iong chord of which bears N04deg.2007W a distance of 93.04 feet to an overhead power line;
Thence, S16deg.2715W a distance of 44.22 feet along said power line;
Thence, along the arc of a curve to the right, having a length of 36.48 feet, a radius of 51.58 feet, and the long chord of which bears Sl0deg.1010W a distance of 35.73 feet;
Thence, S30deg.2554W a distance of 210.50 feet;
Thence, N08deg.2339E a distance of 65.45 feet and containing 0.23 acres.
