Step 1. Identify the browser type and version. Select "Help" from the
menu at the top of your browser. From the "Help" menu, select About. The About
pop-up box indicates the type and version of your browser.

select the word Advanced. Check the box labeled Enable JavaScript for Navigator
and push the OK button to close the Preferences dialog box. Reload the current

Scripts & Plugins. (If no subcategories are visible, double-click Advanced
to expand the list.) The Scripts & Plugins preferences panel allows you to
control how JavaScript and plugins are used in Netcape. To Enable JavaScript
make sure there is a check in the box next to the Navigator option.
