B-2, Sandy, UT 84093, hereinafter referred to as NAWC, has filed with the Director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 718, Denver, CO 80203, hereinafter referred to as CWCB, an application for renewal of its permit to conduct a weather modification program within the State of Colorado within the areas specified herein.
